Program

09:00 – Arrival and Welcome

Meeting of participants at Preturo Airport, L’Aquila. Registration opens and race numbers are handed out. Display of the participating cars and welcome breakfast.

09:45 – Technical Briefing

Explanation of the gymkhana course. Illustration of the mandatory safety rules.

10:00 – Gymkhana Begins

Start of the first car. Skill trials take place on the closed course. Space for spectators and photo opportunities during the runs.

11:30 – Start of the scenic tour towards the Pro Loco community center in Poggio Cancelli, Campotosto.

12:45 – Arrival at the Poggio Cancelli community center, parking and lunch for participants.

15:00 –Award ceremony and farewell.

Participation: €35 per person – Limited places, please confirm no later than 20/09

RACE WARS ITALY 2026

Round 2 – October 17-18, 2026

The acceleration event involving drivers from all over Italy.

Race registration: €230.00 – daily spectator admission: €15.00 – mechanic pass: €40.00 (not mandatory)

Mechanics may only access the starting grid during their team’s race.

All car and motorcycle clubs are invited to exhibit for free.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, October 17th and 18th at 8:00 a.m. for Round 2.

  • 10:00 AM departure from the Villa Comunale of L’Aquila
  • tourist ride with arrival at the base of the Gran Sasso d’Italia cable car
  • cable car ride to visit Campo Imperatore
  • 12:30 PM lunch
  • 4:00 PM–7:00 PM guided tour with FAI of the monuments of L’Aquila
  • 8:30 PM dinner at Osteria “Da Giorgione”
